Place your order
Choose your piece, configure it the way you want it — placement, chain, packaging, and any custom text — and submit your order with your contact details.

Order confirmation by email
You'll receive an email confirming we've received your order, with a summary of everything you selected.

We agree on payment
Our studio reaches out to confirm the final details with you and arrange payment before we start cutting.

Your piece is crafted
Once payment is confirmed, your piece is hand-sawn and hand-finished from genuine mother-of-pearl in our studio. Made to order, this usually takes about a week.

Sent out for delivery
Your piece is carefully packaged and shipped.
